There will be a way to control the multicolor lights which are available now.On the bright side: There will be new possibilities whith the new API. So I will have to pick this up and implement it, in slow steps and probably selective at first on selected parts. The new V2 API means a complete rewrite of the backend part of the plugin regarding the Philips Hue bridge part, everything is different from the V1 API and deCONZ. They will have a period of both API's alive, the old an new. Changes that are already implemented in the Philips Hue app and other apps without publicly telling the developer community. And now they come alive and simply tell it will all change. They have been not communicating for more then two years on developer requests. They are kindly telling us that this is going to a BREAKING change.
